The publication of the Federal Supreme Court decisions and judgments’ volume of 2018

The F.S.C. announces the publication of the volume that contain its judgments and decisions of 2018.

The volume was issued by Al-Rafedain stationery as a complement to the previous publications, which in total represent full archive of all the court’s judgments and decisions since its establishment on 2005 as the first judicial constitutional court in the modern history of Iraq.

The volume contain numbers of decisions and judgments that treated crises which almost negatively affected the political process and the federal democratic system which was approved by the people according to it constitution of 2005.

The Federal Supreme Court throw it judgments and decisions had a roll in exceeding the political crises that Iraq has pass throw, in a sense of the court for its mission to implement the constitution in text and in content, in total, putting its objectives as final governor in determining the State paths, confirming it entity, achieving the sovereignty of law and implementing its provisions to all.
