• Completed his preliminary studies in the capital Baghdad.
• Bachelor's degree in law - from Salahaddin University in Erbil for the academic year 1990-1991.

Professional and Employment History:

• In 1993 he joined the Bar Association in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
• In July 1993, he was appointed as a judicial investigator in the Sulaymaniyah Investigation Court, and then in November 1994 he resigned from his job and returned to practice advocacy until he was appointed as a judge in 2004.
• On 10/3/2004, he was appointed as a single judge at the Shahrouzer Court of First Instance after his first graduation in his session with an average of 95%.
• In 2005, he was seconded as a first judge in the Sulaymaniyah Misdemeanor Court.
• In 2006, he was seconded as a judge in the Sulaymaniyah Court of First Instance/5.
• In 2007, he was seconded as a member of the Kirkuk Criminal Court in Sulaymaniyah.
• In 2009, he was seconded as the first judge in personal status in Sulaymaniyah.
• In 2012, he was seconded as President of the Juvenile Court and President of the Customs Court in Sulaymaniyah, and an original member of the Sulaymaniyah Region Court of Appeal, the Criminal Body, and as a reserve for the other appellate body.
• In 2017, he was appointed Vice President of the Sulaymaniyah Region Court of Appeal and President of the Third Sulaymaniyah Criminal Court.
• In 2018, he was seconded as President of the Sulaymaniyah Region Court of Appeal and President of the original Civil Commission and discriminatory, civil and penal bodies.

• In 2019, he was nominated to assume the position of Minister of Justice in Iraq in the cabinet of Mr. (Mustafa Al-Kazemi), but he rejected the nomination.
• In 2021, he was nominated for membership of the Federal Court as an original member by the Supreme Judicial Council and the Presidency of the Federal Court, but he apologized for accepting the position.
• On 20/12/2022, he was appointed and confirmed as President of the Sulaymaniyah Court of Appeal.
• In 2007, he was elected as the first president of the Judges Union in Sulaymaniyah.
• In 2010, he was elected President of the Union of Judges of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
• Participated in several courses outside Iraq, in the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, and within the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
• He authored 40 books in all branches of law and has a number of research and published articles.
• On 24/12/2023, he took the legal oath before the President of the Kurdistan Region, Mr. Nechirvan Barzani.
• On 2/1/2024, he was appointed as a member of the Kurdistan Court of Cassation and started the same day.
• On 19/5/2024, he started at the Federal Supreme Court as a reserve member.
