The Federal Supreme Court documenting more than a thousand judgments and a Constitutional decision with its principles

The Federal Supreme Court announced its documenting more than a thousand judgments and Constitutional decision issued by the Court with its principles, pointing that this procedure facilitate the searching process for researchers to review the judgments and the decisions and get a photocopy of it.

The spokesman of the Court Ayass Al-Samouk said “the Federal Supreme Court is continuing its documenting for the decisions and the judgments to let the public opinion reviewing it transparently”.

Al-Samouk added “the Court had accomplished the analyzing index of these judgments since its establishment in 2005 till 2018. This process included more than a thousand judgment and Constitutional decision issued by the Court during this period”.

He pointed “this documenting included a brief for each decision and judgment to be easy to reach by the electronic search engines which exist in the website of the Federal Supreme Court (www.iraqfsc.iq).

Al-Samouk clarified “the researchers and whom concerned in the Constitutional and the legal field can reach the decisions and the judgments issued by the Federal Supreme Court by its subjects, numbers and principles. Then, they can get a photocopy of it”.
