The Federal Supreme Court congratulates Christians on Christmas

The Federal Supreme Court congratulates the Christians on Christmas, stressing that it stands for the constitutionally guaranteed rights of the components.   

The spokesman of the Federal Supreme Court ayas al-Samouk stated that "the Federal Supreme Court present the warmest congratulations and blessings to the Christian component on the Christmas holidays."

Al-Samouk added, "The Court reaffirms its commitment to confront any constitutional violation that would prejudice the rights of the Iraqi components".

He indicate that "the Federal Supreme Court has already issued several decisions in this regard, as it contributed in the consolidation of political, cultural and social rights for the people of the components according to the provisions of the constitution, and the human rights principles" .
