Federal Supreme Court with its new formation holding its first session

On 19/4/2021, Federal Supreme Court held its first session with the new formation stipulated in the law of amending the Order No. (30) of 2005, and it tried two cases. The first is related to the challenge to the decision of Iraqi Council of Representatives about the Governorates Councils and the second case related to the Municipal Council of Al-Karrada. After hearing both litigant parties statements, the Court decided to postpone the argument of the first case to 4/5/2021and the second case to 27/4/2021.
