Judicial Development Institute organizes workshop to prepare the Bylaw of the Federal Supreme Court

    The Institute of Judicial Development on Monday, June 14, 2021, organized a workshop in which he hosted the judges of the Federal Supreme Court and a number of academics specializing in constitutional law to discuss ideas regarding the preparation of the Bylaw of the Federal Supreme Court.

"Part of the workshop was attended by The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Faiq Zidan, who welcomed the idea of holding joint workshops between the judiciary and specialized academics to reach the best results," the reporter said.

The workshop was attended by The President of the Federal Supreme Court Judge Jassim Mohammed Abboud and Vice President of the Court Judge Samir Abbas Mohammed and members of the Federal Court, Judge Ghaleb Amer Al-Gharibawi, Judge Haidar Jaber Abd, Judge Dr. Haidar Ali Nouri, Judge Khalaf Ahmed Rajab, Judge Ayoub Abbas Saleh, Judge Dr. Abdul Rahman Suleiman and Judge Diyar Mohammed Ali, and academics Dr. Mazen Lilo Radhi, representing the Council of State, Dr. Ali Hadi al-Hilali, Dean of the College of Law, University of Baghdad, Dr. Ali Fawzi Al-Musawi, College of Law, University of Baghdad, Dr. Adnan Ajil College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, Dr. Amer Ayyash School of Law, Tikrit University, Dr. Maha Bahgat College of Law, University of Baghdad, Dr. Munjed al-Helou College of Law, Mustansiriyah University, Dr. Mosaddegh Adel College of Law, University of Baghdad.
