    "The Federal Court fined the Speaker of the Council of Representatives 100,000 dinars for unconstitutionally appointing 38 ministers and under-secretaries," the media and websites reported.

The Federal Supreme Court notes that it has not issued such a decision, and calls on the media to be precise when publishing news and extracting information from its official sources.
