The Federal Supreme Court ruled that Article 65 of the Labor Law was unconstitutional

The Federal Court issued a decision on lawsuit No. 67-Federal-2021 on 29.9.2021, about Article (165) of Labor Law No. (37) of 2015

pointed out, "The court ruled that Article (165) of the Labor Law was unconstitutional for violating the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005.
