The Federal Supreme Court ruled unconstitutionality of the coalition authority's order of the rights of judicial employees to return to the judiciary after specific government service

The Federal Court issued a decision in lawsuit No. 66-Federal-2021 on 29/9/2021 stating that the coalition authority’s order regard the rights of judicial employees to return to the judiciary after a specific government service is unconstitutional.
It pointed out that "the court ruled that Order No. (88) of 2005 issued by the Coalition Provisional Authority, which includes "the rights of judicial employees to return to the judiciary after a specific government service", is unconstitutional for violating the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005.
Noting that "this order was published in the Iraqi Gazette, issue No. (3984) on 1/6/2004."
