Federal Supreme Court judged that article 43 of the Traffic Law unconstitutional

    The Federal Supreme Court judged in the case number 42/Federal/2020 that article 43 of traffic law No. 8 of 2018 was unconstitutional.

"The court judged that article 43 of the Traffic Act was unconstitutional for violating the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq in 2005," the media office declared.
