Clarification

 

 

    The media Center of the Federal Supreme Court explained that the custodian order issued on 13 January 2022 which filed in the case of challenging the validity of the proceedings of the Session of the Council of Representatives on 9 January 2022 (concerning the election of the Speaker of the Council of Representatives and his two deputies) does not affect the validity of the constitutional terms regarding the completion of the remaining constitutional entitlements, which are the deadline for the election of the President of the Republic and the following procedures regarding the assignment of the candidate of the most numerous parliamentary bloc to form the government if these constitutional periods and constitutional entitlements are affected in one case only if a final decision is issued to cancel the proceedings of the Council of Representatives session which held on 9 January 2022, this has not yet happened and will be considered in the hearings in the presence of the two parties that are litigants once the procedures for informing the defendant/ being in this capacity are completed.
