The Federal Supreme Court decides to terminate the membership of the Representative Ahmed Al-Mashhadani

   Today, Tuesday, 4/2/2025, the Federal Supreme Court considered the lawsuit No. (90 and its units 248/ Federal / 2024) and issued the following:

1-  Ruling on the invalidity of the membership of the Representative Ahmed Ismail Al-Mashhadani and replacing him with the plaintiff Ahmed Abd Hammadi Al-Masari as a member of the Council of Representatives as of the date of issuance of the judgment on 4/2/2025.

2-  To judge by dismissing the plaintiff's lawsuit (Saad Thamer Jassim Sarheed) is a final and binding decision for all authorities.
