
Clarification
The Federal Supreme Court clarifies: The decisions of the Federal Supreme Court are final and binding under the provisions of Article (94) of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, which stipulated that (the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court are final and binding on all authorities), and that the aforementioned text includes all judgments and decisions issued by it, including state orders, and that the said article immunized all its decisions from appeal and obligated to implement them because the Constitution is the people's document and that the rulings of the constitutional courts are based in their strength on those the document, which obliges everyone not to infringe or violate it and to abide by its content and content.
