Two laws contradiction is not a violation of the constitution and rely is on the subsequent text

The Federal Supreme Court stated that the conflict between two laws dose not considered as constitutional violation, noting that reliance is on the subsequent text.

A statement issued by the Media Office of the Federal Supreme Court stated that "the court considered the case that challenged the constitutionality of one of the articles of Public Prosecution Law No. (49) of 2017."

The statement continued, "The plaintiff claimed that this article contradicts Order No. (57) of 2004," noting that "the court found that this allegation was rejected, because the text of the law contradicted another legal text that did not make it in violation of the constitution."

The media office indicated that "the challenged legal text is a later text in time, and it is the one reliable, since the two texts were of the same force and were issued by the Council of Representatives according to its legislative powers."
