The Federal Supreme Court decided to rule that the phrase "exclusive authority" stipulated in article (second/1st) of the Law of the Independent High Commission for Elections and Referendum in the Kurdistan Region No. (4) of 2014 was unconstitutional for violating the provisions of Articles (20 and 120) of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq of 2005 and affecting the independence of the Independent High Electoral Commission
