Visit of the Korean Ambassador to the Federal Supreme Court

        The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Mohammed Abboud, received on Wednesday, 3/4/2024, the Korean Ambassador in Baghdad, Mr. Joey Sung-so, at the headquarters of the Federal Supreme Court in Baghdad.

The President of the Federal Supreme Court welcomed the Korean Ambassador in Baghdad, and during the meeting, they stressed the keenness of the Federal Supreme Court to establish bilateral relations with international constitutional courts to exchange legal expertise in the field of constitutional judiciary to develop it and benefit from the accumulated experiences of constitutional courts in a way that contributes to the correct democratic construction and the preservation of public and private rights and freedoms, in a way that leads to building the constitutional institutions necessary to achieve the rule of law and the peaceful transfer of power and all citizens exercise their civil and political rights, including the right to vote, elect and be nominated, in a way that ensures building a state on humanitarian and moral foundations in order to spread justice, lift injustice, preserve public wealth and employ it for the benefit of citizens.
