Deciding on the validity of the decisions of the Council of Ministers

     The Federal Supreme Court sets 25/1/2023 as the date for the issuance of the decision in the lawsuit (170/Federal/2022) filed against the Prime Minister regarding the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers, which include instructing the Ministry of Finance to disburse sums of money to the Kurdistan Region.
