The Federal Supreme Court rules the unconstitutionality of the text of item (fourth) of Article (10) of the Passports Law No. (32) of 2015

The Federal Supreme Court decided to rule on the unconstitutionality of the text of item (4th) of Article (10) of the Passports Law No. (32) of 2015, which stipulated ((A person against whom a final conviction decision has been issued based on the provisions of item (second) of this article shall not be granted a new passport until after the lapse of three months starting from the date of issuance of the judgment, and the Minister or whoever authorizes him in the cases he estimates may grant him a passport before the end of the aforementioned period)) for violating the provisions of Article 44 / 1st of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq of 2005.
