The Federal Supreme Court tries challenges related to the constitutionality of Law No. (42) of 2013

    The Federal Supreme Court is trying this morning, Tuesday, 29/8/2023, the challenges related to Law No. (42) of 2013 on the Law of Ratification of an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait regarding the regulation of maritime navigation in Khor Abdullah, based on the lawsuits filed before it in this regard.
