The Federal Supreme Court decides to suspend the implementation of the Prime Minister's order regarding the headquarters of the Kirkuk Operations Command

        Based on the lawsuit numbered (213/Federal/2023) and the request contained therein, the Federal Supreme Court decides today, Sunday, 3/9/2023, to suspend the implementation of the order of the Prime Minister / Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces dated 25/8/2023, which includes ((Evacuation of the building currently occupied by the advanced headquarters of the Joint Operations Command in Kirkuk Governorate and the effects that resulted from it)) until the resolution of the aforementioned lawsuit under which the ruling is requested to cancel it, in order to maintain security in Kirkuk Governorate and give priority to national unity and coexistence Peaceful people and the public interest are a final and binding decision for all authorities.
