The Federal Supreme Court terminates the membership of the Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the Representative Laith Al-Dulaimi

     On Tuesday 14/11/2023, the Federal Supreme Court tried the case No. 9/Federal/2023.

According to the decision issued in it, it decided to terminate the membership of the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Muhammad Rikan Al-Halbousi, and to terminate the membership of the Representative Laith Mustafa Hamoud Al-Dulaimi, as of the date of the issuance of the judgment on 14/11/2023, a final and binding decision for all authorities.
