The Federal Supreme Court decides that it is not correct to stop the allocation of land to members of the Counter-Terrorism Service

     The Federal Supreme Court decided, according to the judgment decision issued No. (195/Federal/2023) on 12/11/2023, to rule that the parliamentary order issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives No. (105) No. (1/7/105) on 21/6/2021 is invalid, and to cancel the resulting procedures, including the letter issued by the Office of the Speaker of the Council of Representatives No. (Mim. Ra./1444) on 30/9/2021 addressed to the Prime Minister, which includes stopping the allocation of plot numbered (6029/3/District 19 Ghazaliya) to the employees of the Combating terrorism and allocating alternative lands.
