The Federal Supreme Court decided not to constitutionally constitutionality and phrase in the Law on Regulating the Work of Advisors No. (3) of 2022

The Federal Supreme Court decided, according to the decision of the ruling issued by the number (192 /Federal /2023) on 11/21/2023, the ruling that the item is unconstitutional (3rd) and (5th) of Article (1) of the Law on Regulating the Work of Advisors No. (3) of 2022.
The Federal Court correspondent stated that the court responded and ruled that the phrase "in the presidency of the republic and the Council of Ministers and the ministries and the agencies not related to the Ministry" listed in paragraph (4th) of Article (1) of the aforementioned law, and the text of the aforementioned item shall be the following form (the consultant is appointed by Republican Decree Based on the approval of the Council of Representatives on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers to appoint the proposed advisor from the presidency in which it is appointed) and this decision is implemented from the date of its issuance as a decision and a binding decision for all powers.
