The Federal Supreme Court ruled that instructions issued during the daily caretaking period were invalid

    On Sunday 19/11/2023, the Federal Supreme Court considered the case (235 /Federal /2023), which includes appealing to the validity of the instructions of the formations of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and its missions No. (2) of 2022 for its issuance during the period of the daily caretaking of the previous government.

The Federal Supreme Court correspondent stated that the court decided to judge the incorrect instructions No. (2) for the year 2022 issued by the defendant, the Prime Minister /being in this capacity published in the Iraqi Gazette in the number (4694) on 10/17/2022 for its issuance during the period of the government's daily caretaking for the previous government, and the decision was final and binding for all authorities.
